The positive effects were maintained over time, suggesting sustained metabolic support, particularly in phases when egg quality tends to decline with age.
The article concludes that improving metabolic efficiency can help hens make better use of dietary energy and nutrients, supporting liver function, nutrient deposition and overall egg quality.
