Yêu cầu:
· Kiến thức trong ngành chăn nuôi heo
· Kỹ năng lãnh đạo và quản lý nhóm
· Tầm nhìn chiến lược, cầu tiến và linh hoạt
· Kỹ năng làm việc nhóm và tư duy cởi mở
· Thành thạo tiếng Anh
