The Brazilian Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock (MAPA) received official confirmation from Thai authorities that nine plants have been authorized for a period of five years. This achievement expands Brazil's presence in a market that already had six authorized units. The mission, carried out in 2025, aimed to renew the authorization of these plants and, at the same time, authorize three other units specializing in the production of palatability enhancers, meeting a demand presented by Thai clients.
With the approval, the following product categories are authorized for export to Thailand: poultry blood meal, poultry offal meal, poultry fats and oils, feather meal, pork meat and bone meal, beef meat and bone meal, and beef tallow, as well as palatability enhancers.
