Brain

The brain is the organ that is to be found inside the skull. It is the moderator of all the behaviours of the animal: the voluntary behaviours (for instance, lifting a leg) as well as the involuntary behaviours (for instance, increasing the breathing frequency when it is hot): Its orders are transmitted via the spinal cord and its ramifications (nerves).
