Dr. Maud Le Gall currently serves as the Swine Technological Lead for MHS at Cargill Animal Nutrition & Health. She specializes in the development of micro-nutritional and health solutions, with a strong focus on postbiotics and phytogenics. Her role places her at the forefront of research and innovation, allowing her to bring cutting-edge technical expertise directly to customers.

Maud holds a PhD in Animal Nutrition from Agrocampus Ouest, France. She began her career as a scientist at INRAe, where she explored the relationship between fiber digestion, gut health, and swine performance. Since 2011, she has held various roles within Cargill, including Piglet Feed Portfolio Manager and Swine R&D Lead for Western Europe.

Her work is dedicated to advancing micronutrition as part of comprehensive nutritional programs that enhance swine performance while addressing consumer expectations and sustainability goals.
