Sodeca HATCH/HP Dynamic smoke vent with enclosure
Dynamic smoke vent with a high-performance thermal insulation casing, completely sealed and airtight, with thermal break and motorized opening. Equipped with a roof extractor for smoke evacuation in case of fire: 400°C/2h and 300°C/2h.
Adjustable propeller in cast aluminum.
Construction completely free of thermal bridges.
Reinforced and guaranteed opening with more than 20,000 cycles.

Enclosure:
- Air permeability CLASS 4 (UNE-EN 12207).
- Impermeability against raindrops CLASS E 1350 (UNE-EN 12208).
- Completely thermal bridge-free construction.
- High wind load resistance.
- 60 mm thick cold sandwich panel sides made with two pre-lacquered steel sheets on the exterior and interior faces with a high-density polyurethane (PUR) core.
- 60 mm thick cover filled with high-density polyurethane (PUR), made of galvanized sheet metal with a lacquered exterior face.
- Adaptation base for correct and easy installation on the roof.
- Airborne noise insulation value according to UNE-EN ISO 10140-2: Rw = 32 (-2;-4) dB.
- Thermal resistivity of the assembly less than 0.39 W/m²K.
Fan:
- Adjustable cast aluminum impeller. Robust structure to withstand severe weather conditions. Approval according to EN 12101-3, with certifications no.: 0370-CPR-0305 (F400) and 0370-CPR-0973 (F300).
- Tubular steel sheet enclosure with polyester resin anti-corrosion treatment.
- Maintenance switches for disconnecting the actuator and fan with auxiliary contacts.
- Shielded power cable with EMC protection.
Motor:
- Class H motors for continuous use S1 and emergency use S2. With ball bearings and IP55 protection.
- Motors with IE3 efficiency.
- Three-phase 230/400 V 50 Hz (up to 3 kW) and 400/690 V 50 Hz (powers greater than 3 kW).
- Maximum temperature of the air to be transported: S1 Service -25 °C +40 °C continuously, also suitable for hot climates with temperatures up to 50 °C. Service S2 300°C/2h, 400°C/2h.
- Motors adjustable by frequency variation, even in case of emergency.
Opening system:
- Motorized opening arm with IP65 encapsulated mechanism.
- SL 1000 snow load.
- Limit switches in both positions (open and closed).
