Marketing Manager – Vilomix Iberia

Vilomix Iberia is looking for a Marketing Manager to strengthen our market position and support the continued commercial development of our business in Spain.

We are looking for a strong marketing professional who combines commercial understanding, tactical marketing skills and hands-on execution. You will work closely with sales, technical specialists and management to contribute to profitable growth through the identification of market opportunities, development of compelling value propositions and execution of campaigns that generate measurable commercial results.

You will be part of the global Vilomix marketing organisation, working closely with Marketing HQ in Denmark and marketing colleagues across Vilomix.

Your role

As Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing the marketing agenda for Vilomix Iberia.

A central part of the role is to work closely with sales and technical colleagues. Our business is built on animal nutrition expertise, high-quality solutions and close customer relationships, and many of our strongest opportunities originate with the people who work with customers and products every day.

Your job is to turn technical knowledge, customer challenges, product benefits and market insight into strong commercial propositions and actionable go-to-market initiatives. You will help shape how we position products, identify growth opportunities, support sales and develop marketing activities that strengthen customer relationships, revenue growth and market share.

You will be responsible for the marketing of both local products and solutions and relevant products and concepts from the global Vilomix portfolio. Together with sales and technical colleagues, you will determine which products and commercial priorities should receive marketing focus and how they should be positioned in the Spanish market.
