The HI 98127 Tester is a waterproof pH and temperature meter. Thanks to its completely airtight housing, it prevents the ingress of moisture. All pH readings are automatically temperature compensated (ATC), and temperature values can be displayed in °C or °F. The meters can be calibrated at one or two points with automatic buffer recognition and five memorized buffer values.
Measurements are extremely accurate with a stability indicator on the display (VCL). A low battery symbol alerts the user when the batteries need to be replaced. To prolong the life of the pH electrode, it is recommended to clean it monthly by immersing it in HI7061 Cleaning Solution for half an hour. Then, rinse it thoroughly with tap water and recalibrate. the meter.

Replaceable pH Electrode
The pH electrode (HI 73127) supplied with the meter is interchangeable and can be easily replaced by the user. Furthermore, thanks to the round stainless steel connector, which means there are no needles to bend or break, replacement is quick and easy.
Extendable fabric connection
The pH electrode is equipped with a renewable fiber connection. When the connection becomes dirty due to use, simply pull it out at the end, 2 mm, and cut it to increase response time and stability.
Temperature Sensor
The stainless steel encapsulated temperature sensor allows for faster and more accurate temperature measurements and compensation.
The temperature sensor ensures faster measurements. Its proximity to the pH electrode improves the accuracy of automatically compensated measurements.
