The COMBO HI98121 waterproof pH/ORP/Temp (+-1000 mv) Tester is capable of simultaneously measuring both pH and oxidation-reduction potential. In addition, it also measures the temperature and displays it constantly on the screen. It is buoyant, making it easy to retrieve if accidentally dropped in water.
The HI 98121 comes complete with a protective cap, electrode replacement wrench, batteries, and instructions.
Electrode
Your pH electrode is Composed of a renewable fiber junction that can be quickly and easily removed for replacement using a wrench supplied with the instrument. The replaceable electrode, in turn, has two fabric junctions that can be removed to renew the electrode if they become dirty from routine measurements. Simply and carefully remove about 3 mm of fabric and renew the electrode. Both options will extend the life of the meter.
Temperature Sensor and Automatic Compensation
The temperature sensor, housed in a metal tube, maintains fast response times thanks to its external position. The sensor is exposed, which provides a fast response time and its proximity guarantees accurate temperature compensation in the readings.
Battery
Operates on standard batteries. Upon startup, it displays the remaining battery life percentage, allowing you to monitor its operating status.
