The use of the chain mail glove is prohibited. limited to protection against cuts and nicks caused by the use of a knife or similar tool.
It must not be used with machines or with toothed tools to avoid any risk of swallowing.
Cleaning is done by vigorous brushing with water at 50° C. Rinsing is done with water at a minimum temperature of 82° C.
Disinfection is done with a non-acidic product authorized by food hygiene services.
