With over 2,000 attendees, including professionals, producers, leaders, and experts from 30 countries, and the support of more than 90 sponsoring companies, the flagship 333 conference exceeded expectations. The event offered three days of the highest level of learning, innovation, and networking to contribute to the international expansion of the Latin American swine industry.

On its final day, October 17, the event addressed the main challenges and opportunities for the industry's future, with a program focused on swine health, innovation, sustainability, business management, and advanced nutrition related to the longevity of hyperprolific sows, feed biosecurity, and disease prevention.

Highlights from this second and final day of the conference included the panel discussion “Workplace well-being: What can young leaders teach us?”, a space for promoting intergenerational exchange and reflection on human talent management on modern farms; simultaneous workshops on the circular economy in pig farming, innovations to increase productivity, and strategies for controlling respiratory diseases in demanding systems; and the Innovation Hall, where disruptive solutions for the industry were presented, such as automatic detection of the body condition of sows using artificial intelligence, biomethane production on farms, stimulation of immunity in sows and their offspring through a combination of fatty acids, and functional nutrition in sows with a focus on urolith prevention.

During the closing ceremony, special recognition was given to Carlos Enrique Rendón, a leader renowned for his contribution to the growth and development of Latin American pig farming. Representatives from across the region applauded his career and leadership, reaffirming the collective commitment to promoting and developing more sustainable, efficient, and collaborative pig farming.

At the end of the event, Reinaldo Cubillos, general manager of 333 Latin America, reiterated his gratitude to the participants and sponsoring companies and announced that the next edition, the 333 Experience Congress LATAM 2026, will be held in Mexico, from November 18 to 20, in the city of Guadalajara.

The conference closed in camaraderie and celebration with Pigfest 333, an event filled with music and culture, concluding three days of learning, debate, and business networking with stakeholders from across the regional pork industry value chain.

The 333 Experience Congress LATAM 2025, true to its motto “Unity and trust without borders,” left the community strengthened, reaffirming Latin America’s role as a driver of innovation, sustainability, and global leadership in the swine industry.
