Hanna HI83306-02 Benchtop Multiparameter Photometer and pH Meter for Environmental Control (230V)
Up to 23 pre-programmed methods
Specific environmental parameters include nitrate, phosphorus, and dissolved oxygen.
Cal Check System
The HI83306-02 model comes with 4 measuring cuvettes with lids, a cuvette cleaning cloth, a USB to micro USB cable connector, a power adapter, and an instruction manual.
The HI83306 is a compact multiparameter photometer for use in the environmental laboratory or in the field.
The meter is one of the most advanced photometers available with an innovative optical design that uses a reference detector and focusing lenses to eliminate errors from changes in the light source and imperfections in the cuvette.
glass.
This meter has 23 different programmed methods that measure 16 key water quality parameters and also offers an absorbance measurement mode for performance verification and for users who wish to develop their own concentration versus absorbance curves.
Specific environmental parameters include nitrate, phosphorus, and dissolved oxygen.
Photometer and pH Mode
With over 60 pre-programmed methods, the user can easily access the method and range they need.
Furthermore, the HI833xx series, considering the importance of reaction time in photometry, features a timer to minimize inter-user differences (reproducibility).
CAL Check
This HI83xxx series features the same system developed by HANNA, allowing verification of different absorbances using HANNA certified standards. The instrument is also capable of measuring absorbance. Consult the standards for each photometer in the 833 Series.
Optical Improvement
Greater linearity/precision at high absorbances or low ranges and faster analysis thanks to the reference detector.
Furthermore, the focusing lens helps reduce friction and cuvette positioning errors. In systems programmed for COD parameters, the system includes a 16mm cuvette adapter. For the remaining parameters, it uses a 25mm cuvette for improved measurement accuracy.
Absorbance Mode
All instruments have the capability to display the absorbance value. This allows the user to view matrix stability or manually create their own curves from their own standards using user methods and the instrument's available wavelengths.
Data Logging
This series stores up to 1000 records, including pH measurements.
Simply pressing the Log button will record the measurement, allowing you to name the user and sample, in addition to basic GLP data such as date, time, and CAL Check values.
pH Measurement
The HI833xx series can be connected to an edge® series digital pH electrode to convert the device into a pH meter.
All these electrodes have an integrated temperature sensor, enabling automatic temperature compensation. Furthermore, as they are intelligent electrodes, they can memorize the last calibration: date, values, offset, slope, etc. When connected to the device, they transfer all this information.
