Ukraine reports a case of African swine fever in a wild boar

The Ukrainian veterinary authorities have reported to the World Organisation for Animal Health (OIE) a case of african swine fever (ASF) on a wild boar.

On the territory of the hunting ground Desnyansko-Starogutsky, a dead wild boar was found by the rangers. The carcass was a kilometer and a half from the border with Russia. In this hunting ground, there were a total of 92 wild boars.
