Russia: more cases of Foot and mouth disease in pigs

Russian veterinary authotities have confirmed a new outbreak of FMD in pigs.
The affected animals were detected in a farm located 7 km from "Merci-Trade" (the FMD outbreak notified to the OIE on 21 May 2014). These two outbreaks are suspected to be linked with each other. The epidemiological investigation is ongoing.
