Sampling has been ongoing at assembly yard, trucking yards and processing plants since January 25.
To date, the situation of porcine epidemic diarrhea is the following:
- Manitoba: There has been one confirmed case of PEDv.
- Quebec: There has been one confirmed case.
- Prince Edward Island: There has been one confirmed case.
- Ontario: there have been 35 confirmed cases.
