The plan should be ready for implementation within 7 years and will involve different federal agencies, including the Interior Minister and the Minister of Transportation, among others.
The execution of the program will begin in the regions of Volgogrado and Rostov and finish in the republics of the Northern caucus.
The Minister cited 20.000 as the number of pigs killed due to outbreaks of the disease.
