China – New outbreak of FMD

11-Apr-2011 (15 years 1 months 27 days ago)According to information submitted to the OIE by Dr Zhang Zhongqui, Director General , China Animal Disease Control Centre, a new outbreak of FMD has been confirmed in Jing Xiang village (GUIZHOU).
It affects cattle, sheep, goats and swine with a total of 680 susceptible animals (cattle: 252, sheep/goats:7 and swine:421).
