The Ministry of Economy explained this decision had been adopted in order to compensate prices' increase for dairy and meat products step-by-step, as well as to bring these products' prices closer to the prices in neighboring countries. Furthermore, the increase of sale prices is caused by corresponding increase of purchase prices for milk, cattle and pigs.
