27-Jul-2010 (15 years 10 months 14 days ago)The USDA Grain Inspection, Packers and Stockyards Administration is extending the comment period for the regulations required by Title XI of the Food, Conservation and Energy Act of 2008 and regarding conduct in violation of the Packers and Stockyards Act until November 22, 2010.
GIPSA published the proposed rule in the Federal Register on June 22, 2010 (75 FR 35338). The Agency proposed adding several new sections to the regulations under the Packers and Stockyards Act of 1921, as amended and supplemented.
