It states that foreign companies and individuals should establish sales subsidiaries in China or entrust a Chinese agency to sell animal feed or feed additives in the country. These should be packed and labeled eligibly and subject to inspections and quarantine of Chinese entry-exit inspection and quarantine bureaus. Exporters of animal feed or feed additives to China for the first time should submit an application for registration.
