Animal Health Canada announces interim Executive Director

Building on an animal science degree from the University of Guelph, John has worked with Canada’s livestock, poultry and equine sectors for almost 50 years. He has provided guidance on strategic planning, program delivery, governance and financial management to a wide range of government and non-governmental organizations.

The AHC Board and staff would like to thank Colleen McElwain for her commitment to the organization and her tireless work in the role of Executive Director. Under her leadership, Animal Health Canada has navigated through a period of extensive change. Her strong organizational skills have been a valuable asset in structuring the new organization.
