Argentina's pork production continues to grow

- Total pork production from January to July reached 435,532 tons (t), representing an increase of 4.8% compared to the same period in 2022.
- In the month of July, 64,637 metric tons were produced, which represents an increase of 3.3% compared to the same month of 2022 and a decrease of 0.4% compared to June.
- The average carcass weight for July was 97 kg bone-in, representing an increase of 1 kg compared to the same month of the previous year and with respect to June.
- The results by category show an average of 95 kg for barrows, while immunocastrated males reached 101 kg.
