The Secretariat of Agriculture, Livestock and Fisheries of Argentina reports that in 2022 pig slaughter and pork production reached record levels, with 7,666,022 head slaughtered, an increase of 2.4% over the previous year and 723,388 tons of pork produced, 3.9% more than in 2021.
