Argentina: Pork production down 1.1% through August

According to the latest figures released by the Secretariat of Agriculture, Livestock and Fisheries of Argentina's Ministry of Economy, cumulative pork production from January to August decreased by 1.1% compared to the same period in 2021, from 465,593 to 460,617 tons (t).

Percentage variations with respect to 2021 - Figures in tons.</p> Production for the month of August was 57,698 t, a decrease of 3.4% with respect to the same month of the previous year (59,721 t). However, with respect to July (56,980 t) production increased 1.3%.
