Philippines - Meat agency intensifies campaign against unsafe pork, chicken

To assure that consumers are eating safe meat the National Meat Inspection Service (NMIS) has started to inspect public markets, slaughterhouses and post-abbatoir operations with the assistance of law enforcement agencies.
