Spain: Drop in live pig imports

After years of continued increases in Spanish imports of live pigs, last year saw a 3% decrease over the previous year.

However, the import of live pigs of EU origin in 2021 was 48.8% higher than the average of the previous 4 years, according to data from the Spanish Ministry of Agriculture.
