Poland's ASF situation is becoming increasingly more worrisome

The first ASF outbreak this year was reported in March in Lubuskie Province, the second in May in Wielkopolskie Province and the subsequent ones in June (outbreak 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7).

The most recent outbreak (the 8th this year) was found on a farm where 39 pigs were kept (2 sows, 13 piglets and 24 growing-finishing pigs) located in Wólka Księżnicka, Mielec Commune, Mielec County, Subcarpathian Province.

This year it is striking that the outbreaks are scattered in different regions of the country.
