Bulgaria is still confirming ASF cases

After the emergence of the disease for the first time in Bulgaria last August 2018 on a backyard farm located in the province of Varna, the Bulgarian authorities have informed of the new ASF cases, all of them in wild boars and most of them in the province of Silistra.

So far, an outbreak has been confirmed on a backyard farm located in Varna, in the southwest of Bulgaria, as well as 18 cases in wild boars in the province of Silistra, in the north of the country, and a new case in a wild boar in Varna.
