Denmark - Positive forecast for pig production

06-Jul-2009 (16 years 11 months ago)The Agriculture and Food Council’s recently published prognosis on pig meat prices and earnings in pig production indicates stability for the rest of current year and for next year as well. The significant fluctuations, which we have seen during the last six months, will ease off. The current expectations are stable compared to the announcement as of March 2009.
It is expected that the first six months of 2010 will be significantly
better compared to the corresponding months of 2008 and 2009.
