EU Commissioner for Agriculture and Rural Development Mariann Fischer Boel and Swiss Federal Councilor Doris Leuthard, Head of the Federal Department of Economic Affairs, launched negotiations aiming at full liberalisation of trade in agriculture between the EU and Switzerland.
