USA - N.A.I.S. listening sessions schedule announced

04-May-2009 (17 years 1 months 9 days ago)The U.S. Department of Agriculture's Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service will hold a series of listening sessions on the National Animal Identification System. The meetings will take place this month in Alabama, Colorado, Connecticut, Kentucky, Pennsylvania, Texas and Washington state.
A.P.H.I.S. said it wants to gather producer comments and concerns, as well as potential or feasible solutions, to "create a program producers can feel comfortable supporting."
