Monthly biogas open days

04-May-2009 (17 years 1 months 1 days ago)Due to a surge of interest in on-farm biogas production in the UK and the rest of Europe, EnviTec Biogas AG has organised a series of open days on farms using their systems in Germany.
These open days will take place once a month, normally on the first Tuesday of the month, on units operating near the company’s manufacturing facility at Saerbeck in North-Rhine Westfalia in the north of the country.
Members of the company’s technical department will be on hand to provide detailed information to groups of visitors and answer questions. The Münster/Osnabrück airport is nearby and buses will be provided for ease of travel.
“Such visits will enable farmers to assess at first hand the whole concept of biogas production, from setting up to day-to-day operation on working farms,” commented Mike McLaughlin, managing director of EnviTec Biogas UK.
