France: Mr. Hollande will guarantee better prices for the pig producers

Mr. Hollande, the President of France, “made a plea to the retail” this week to inprove the prices paid to farmers that, as in the case of pig producers, are living a difficult situation due to prices that are perceived to be below production costs.

“Retailers promised to raise the prices significantly to support the producers. We will make sure that this commitment is respected,” guaranteed Mr. Hollande, the President of France.
