European Union: Private Storage Aid for Pigmeat may be requested until today, May 8

Following endorsement by EU Member States, the measure proposed by the Commission to close the private storage aid for pigmeat, launched last March 9, 2015, the Commission has just published the EU Commission Implementing Regulation 2015/725, by which the deadline for submitting applications for aid is set.

The deadline for submitting applications for private storage aid for pigmeat under Implementing Regulation (EU) 2015/360 will be today, May 8, 2015.

Implementing Regulation (EU) 2015/360, with effect from today, May 8, 2015, is repealed. However, it shall continue to apply to contracts concluded under that Regulation before the entry into force of the current Regulation.
